WEBSTER & SCHELLI, A PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION, was founded in November, 1991. WEBSTER & SCHELLI provides a wide range of general business, legal and tax services primarily to entrepreneurial individuals and their business interests.  Our diverse client base includes general business corporations, professional and close corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), partnerships and individuals, all involved in a wide range of activities.  Some of these activities are the development, management and sale of real estate, manufacturing, transportation, law, insurance, construction, appraisal services, finance, sales and distribution, medical services, restaurants and brokerage.  The firm represents some clients who conduct business on a regional, national and international level. 

Since the firm does not departmentalize attorneys in specific practice areas, each attorney in the firm has a broad range of experience.  However, some attorneys have developed specialties in certain aspects of the law, including all aspects of business acquisitions and dispositions, zoning, choice of entity analysis, income and estate taxes, bankruptcy, estate planning and real estate. 

The firm has developed many important relationships over the years with other service professionals such as real estate appraisers, real estate developers, business valuators, bankers, insurance and mortgage brokers, certified public accountants, surveyors, title insurance companies, architects and engineers.  These relationships are vitally important in allowing the firm to better serve the many needs of our client base.
